The standard of the paper was good comparable to those of previous years. The questions achieved good coverage of the syllabus. The rubrics were clear and concise while the marking scheme was flexible and adequate.
The performance of the candidates with a raw mean score of 25 and a standard deviation of 14.35 was better than that of the November/December 2007 WASSCE with a raw mean score of 24 and a standard deviation of 16.37.
