This question was attempted by many candidates. Their performance was good. In part (a)
candidates could not give detailed reasons why the modem Olympic Games was revived.
In part (b), candidates stated differences between recreational activities and sport competition
correctly. Inpart (c) candidates also mentioned factors that influence the choice of recreation
correctly.
