    (c) (i)  Mention four skills common to  racket games.      [4 marks]

    (ii ) Mention the three categories of game in  badminton [3 marks]

    (iii) Describe the procedure for determining the player that serves first in a badminton game.   [4 marks]

Observation

This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was good. 
In part (a) (i) and (ii) candidates correctly listed types of grip in the game of table tennis and types of service in the game of table tennis.

In part (b) (i) and (ii) candidates also correctly explained each of the following term: mixed doubles and advantage out as used in the game of tennis.  

In part (c) (i) candidates correctly mentioned skills common to racket games in (ii) also candidates mentioned categories of games in badminton and in (iii) candidates could not describe the procedure for determining the player that serves first in a badminton game.
