The paper was of the same standard with those of the previous years in content and
scope. The questions were well framed in simple comprehensible language. The content
of the paper is widely spread to cover the syllabus considerably. The items and rubrics
were unambiguous. The time allocated was quite adequate.
The marking scheme was quite clear and detailed. The performance of the candidate
was slightly better compared to that of the previous year. The candidature of 159,099
recorded a raw mean score of 16 and a standard deviation of 09.27 as against a raw
mean score of 15 and a standard deviation of 08.77 in the November/December 2010
WASSCE with a candidature of 127326.
