General Comments
The standard of the paper compared very well with those of previous years. The paper was designed to cover a large scope of the contents of the syllabus. The questions were well structured and in simple comprehensible language. The rubric were clear, concise and without any ambiguity. Time allocation was very adequate. The marking scheme was detailed, flexible and fair.
The candidates population of 106351 recorded a raw mean score of 17 and a standard deviation of 9.22 which indicated a better performance of candidates than that of the November/December 2014 WASSCE with a raw mean score of 14 and standard deviation of 9.95 with candidature of 112,342.
