CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES

Some of the weaknesses observed in the candidates‘scripts were:

- Insufficient knowledge of the subject matter as the candidates could no satisfactorily attempt some questions.

- Poor use of English Language as most of the candidates could not explain their points in clear and correct English grammar.

SUGGESTED REMEDIES

(i) The candidates should learn the use of English grammar so as to enable them express their points clearly and correctly.

(ii) Government and school authorities should endeavour to recruit qualified teachers with qualification in Business Education. (iii) Candidates should study standard text books on Salesmanship, Marketing and others as recommended in preparing for the examination.
