Observation
Candidates attempted  the (a) and (b) parts of the question. However candidates described a sales  representative from a freelance perspective instead of the firm/companies  perspective in c(ii). Also candidates failed to indicate the technical  competence of an industrial salesman and his involvement in industrial goods in  c (i)

(c) Explanation of types of salesman
(i)         Industrial Salesman: - He is a  technically oriented salesperson that sells Industrial goods to  prospects/customers.                                                                                   
    (ii)        Sales Representative: - is someone  employed by a firm and assigned a specific territory to sell the company  products and services.                 
    (iii)       Retail Salesman: - He sells the company’s  products and services directly to consumers in department stores, super markets  and limited line stores. He sells goods in bits to consumers.                                                                  
    (iv)       Wholesale Salesman:- He is the middleman  between the manufacturer and the retailer and stocks/sells products to various  retail outlets in small quantities.
