Figure 2 shows a link mechanism. The crank OM rotates about O and N is constrained to move to and fro horizontally. Plot the locus of point L for one complete revolution.

- divide the circle into 8/12 equal parts;
- locate the different positions of L;
- join the points into a smooth curve.

(g)draw neatly.
