  1. State the purpose of employing a deflector on a two-stroke engine piston.
  1. State the purpose of force-feed lubrication in an engine.

 

State two causes of engine overheating.

OBSERVATION

Most of the candidates did well in this question.  They were able to state the purpose of a deflector on a two-stroke engine, state the causes of engine overheating as well as state the purpose of forced lubrication in an engine.
