General Comments


The candidates' strengths were on questions 2, 3b, c and 5. The questions were on classes of kitchen equipment and their functions, ingredients used in cake making, characteristics of a good cake, advantages and disadvantages of traditional way of serving food and traditional dishes and drinks served in their locality on special occasions.
