                  The standard of the paper did not fall short  of the previous years'; it indeed compared favourably. The rubrics were clearly  stated while the questions were worded in simple and clear languages. In fact,  there was no ambiguity of any sort. The Marking Scheme was  comprehe,nsive to the extent that it catered for the various categories  of candidates that sat for the examination.  
                    There was tremendous  improvement in candidates' performance. It was evident that candidates have now mastered  the art of answering questions as succinct as possible.   |
