This question was attempted by few candidates and their performances was poor.
In parts (a) candidates could not list groups of muscles of the thigh. In part (b) candidates could not give detail reasons why people abuse drugs. In part (c), candidates could not state reasons why it is important to select appropriate sportswear correctly.
The expected answers were as follows:

(a) Groups of muscles of the thigh

(b) Reasons For drug abuse
- curiosity/experimentatin
- accessibility to drugs
 - to escape from emotional problems.
 - to be creative
 - pear group influence/gangsterism

- to escape social problems/shyness

(c) Importance of Selecting appropriate sports wear
- for Identification of sport which athlete is participating in
- for identification of athlete/team
- it protects the athlete against adverse temperature
- it enhances athlete's performance
- for good appearance
