Walls: All walls 150 solid sandcrete blocks; 3000 high; 12 mortar rendering.on
both sides.
Lintel: 225 x 150 reinforced concrete.
Doors: D -. flush 2100 x 900 x 38 in 150 x 50 timber frame.
DD - double swing glassed panelled; 2100 x 1800 x 38 in 150 x 50 timber
frame.
Windows: All louvers 1200 x 1200 in 150 x 50 timber frame.
Roof: 20° double pitch gable with corrugated galvanised sheets;
100 x ~i5 rafter at 1500 centres on 100 x 50 wall plate.
Purlins 75 x 50 at 800 centres;
Eaves projection 600 from external walls;
Fascia board 150 x 20 all round;
Ceiling joist 50 x 50 at 600 centres;
Ceiling height 3000 from finished floor.
Verandah: Three metal columns 75 diameter; dwarf wall 900 high; floor 150 lower
than that of the main building.
