The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years. The rubrics were lucid and the questions were straight forward, unambiguous and were within the scope of the syllabus. The Marking Schemes comprehensively provided for all the required competencies. Although, there were isolated cases of excellent performances, candidates’ overall performance manifested a marginal improvement over those of the previous years.
