The standard of the paper is stable when compared with those of the previous years. The rubrics were clearly stated and the questions were unambiguous and within the scope of the syllabus. The Marking Scheme was sufficiently exhaustive for an effective measurement of the required proficiencies and there was a marginal improvement in the performance of the candidates when compared with those of the previous years.
