Question 5 was not widely attempted and the score were low by those who attempted it. Candidates were not able to list the types of game such as: feathered and furred game. Candidates were not able to give the examples of feathered and furred game. The expected answers are: Feathered game: goose, quail, pigeon, pheasant, partridge.Furred game: hare, rabbit, venison/deer, alligator, bison. The candidates could not itemize correctly the types of chicken. Candidates could the correctly itemize the types of chicken, the expected answers are:  Spring chicken/poussin, broiler chicken, capons/castrated cock birds, old hen/poule/old layer, medium roasting /medium chicken, large chicken, cockerel
