Observation
The candidates did well by:
- showing the ground floor construction details and super-structural walls accurately in section;
- graphically representing in section, the timber roof-structure members.
Hower, good number of them failed to:
- draw the concrete strip foundation to scale;
- show the wardrobe in elevation;
- draw the correct type of door;
- show semi-circular arch.
The expected response to question 1 is as given below:
