OBSERVATION

Question 2 was on the term ‘paper bag’ in cooking, methods of food preparation and reasons for wearing chef hat, cooks jacket and neckerchief. Instead of defining the paper bag, the candidates gave discussion on utility bag for shopping. Part (b) and (c) which were on methods of food preparation and reasons for wearing chef hat, cooks jacket and neckerchief were well answered by the majority of the candidates. But the candidates could not give reasons for wearing neckerchief.
