In question 4a, candidates were required to list equipment used in a bar. Majority answered correctly while some of the candidates listed electronics such as CD player as part of equipment used in a bar. Question 4b was well answered; candidates seemed to be well grounded in this area as they correctly stated the important points in the maintenance and care of kitchen equipment.
