Candidates' Strengths

 

 

Candidates showed their strength in the way they followed instructions, they listed the required number of points even when the answers were not right. They exhibited their strength in questions 3b, 4b, and 5. They were able to list the glasses used to serve wine, state the important points in the maintenance and care of the kitchen, state the causes of common accidents in the kitchen and state the personal hygiene practices in catering.
