General Comments

The standard of the paper was high and compared favourably with those of previous years. The questions were within the scope of the examination syllabus. The marking scheme was detailed and captured the expected responses of the candidates.     
           
            The raw mean score of 45.0 and standard deviation of 12.04 indicated that the performance of the candidates was poorer than WASSCE for School Candidates, 2021 with a raw mean score of 49.0 and standard deviation of 15.94. A total of 801,522 candidates sat the paper.
