Observation

This question was quite popular. Majority of the candidates who attempted performed above average. In most cases, they performed absolutely well in the B part as they were able to effectively list out the functions of government and this made up for the marks most candidates missed out in the A part as they listed out the arms of government instead of the tiers of government which are the

1. Federal government.
2. State government.
3. Local government.

   5. Provision of social amenities/infrastructures.
