Observation

The question demands that the candidate should write a letter to his/her elder brother who lives abroad, describing the new house that his/her father has just built and the prestige it has accorded his/her family. Many candidates attempted this question. Most candidates gave good description of the family house but failed to touch on the second aspect of the question- the prestige the house has accorded the family. Surprisingly, some candidates could not differentiate between brother and uncle.
