Observation

The question requires the candidate to write a letter to his/her friend discussing some practices in his/her school that he/she is dissatisfied with. The candidate is expected to discuss at least three of the practices and state the improvement he/she desires.

Majority of the candidates chose this question and most of them discussed the practices they were dissatisfied with such as examination malpractice, nonchalant attitude of teachers, among others. However, some confused practices with facilities and wrote on facilities lacking in their schools. Also, some of those who discussed the practices did not deal with the improvement they desire which is the second aspect of the question.
