Observation

The question demands that the candidate writes a speech he/she would deliver as one of the outgoing prefects in his/her school’s send-off ceremony for prefects on the topic:   The Challenges of Prefectship. He/ she is expected to discuss the challenges of being a school prefect.
This was not a popular question before the candidates. Many of the candidates struggled to convincingly express the challenges of prefectship. They could not express themselves properly. However, most candidates got the vocatives right and some were able to talk about the responsibilities which they had to carry along with their academic work and how they were able to strike a balance.
