Observation

The question demands that the candidate writes his/her argument on the topic “Teachers, not students are to blame for examination malpractice among students.” Many of the candidates who attempted this question performed credibly well. Many candidates were able to give cogent reasons in favour and against the motion. However, some refused to take a stand.
