Observation

The candidate was required to write a letter to the Minister of Youth and Sports in his/her country complaining about government’s concentration on football to the detriment of other sports. Some candidates who chose this question showed that they understood the requirements of the question. Some, however, could not adduce valid reasons while some discussed fewer than three reasons as specified in the question. A few of them were not polite enough in their letter to the Minister.
