Question 6

This was not a popular question among the candidates. In 6(a), many candidates wrote the advantages and disadvantages of metal instead of aluminium cooking equipment they were required to write; also, a lot of them seemed to have no idea of what earthenware cooking equipment are and so did not answer this part of the question very well. In 6(b), they were able to list essential large equipment in a modern kitchen.
