(ii) State important points a consumer should check for in a warranty.

(b)Highlight factors that determine the quality of a blender.

OBSERVATION

 Majority of candidates that answered this question performed very well and most of the candidates were able to state advantages of warranty to the consumer and state important points a consumer should check for in a warranty. The candidates write the answer correctly and more than the required points. However the ‘b’ part of the question, candidates were unable to highlight factors that determine the quality of a blender. They failed write Performance, safety, durability, convenience and maintenance.
