General Comments

The quality and standard of the paper compared very well with those of previous years. Rubrics were clearly stated and questions were within the scope of the syllabus. The marking scheme was also well prepared and detailed.
The paper tested the various domain of learning which includes recall of concepts, comprehension and application of knowledge. It required candidates to show understanding of various concepts in the resolution of hardware and software faults. There was improvement in the performance of candidates compared to previous years.
