Observation

In question 2a, the candidates were not able to answer the questions correctly the names of the collars in the spaces provided in I, II, III, and IV. The expected answers are:
I – Wing collar
II – Shawl collar
III – Collar with lapel/revers/convertible
IV – Bishop/mandarin collar/stand up collar.

In question 2(b) candidates could not list the parts of a shirt collar, the expected answers are stand, fall, band, breakpoint, point/tip. In question 2 (c) (i), candidates could not mention the types of ties that are used along with a shirt. The expected ties that are used along with a shirt are bow and knot ties. In question 2 (c) (ii), the candidates were able to state the function of a collar.
