This was a very popular question among the candidates and many of them that answered the question scored very high marks. While many of the candidates who answered the question were able to calculate the angles of the sectors of the pie chart correctly, some could not draw the sectors perfectly which made them lose some precious marks. The title of the pie chart was not shown in some of the candidates’ scripts.
Others could not indicate the advantages of using pie chart. The advantages included:
* easy to construct;
* simple and easy to interpret;
* easy for making comparisons;
* many items can be shown on the chart. |
