This question was fairly popular with the candidates. It was fairly well
                      attempted and candidates' overall performance in it was above average.
                      The good candidates who scored high marks described the composition as
                      having fifteen members, ten non-permanent and five permanent members.
                      The ten non-permanent members are elected every two years.
                      Candidates were also able to give the following reasons for the inclusion of
                      Vote Power in the Council:
                      compensation to the five permanent members for committing
                      enormous resources to end the Second World War;
                      military might of the big  five;
                      compromise;
                      selfish interest, etc.
