General Comments
The standard of the paper was high and compared favourably with those of the previous years. The questions were within the scope of the examination syllabus. The rubrics were precise and straight forward. The marking scheme was detailed and captured the expected responses of the candidates. .
The performance of the candidates was better than the previous year with a population of 11,827, and a raw mean score of 38.0 and standard deviation of 13.30 against the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2022 which had a population of 11,095 with a raw mean score of 32.0 and standard deviation of 14.42.
