Observation
This question was attempted by majority of the candidates and their performance was good.
In part (a) (i) some candidates could not correctly identify the diagram, they wrote wrong answers such as heart, kidney, long, human heart e.t.c. In part (a) (ii) they did well in it, but some candidates wrote wrong answers such as lungs and blood vessels, nose and mouth, larynx and airsacks e.t.c. In part (a) (iii) few candidates got it right, while most of them wrongly stated the circulatory system, the heart, the bone e.t.c. In part (b) (i) they did well in it, but few candidates stated hypertension, hypotension, heart problem e.t.c. In part (b) (ii) majority got the answer. In part (c) they did fairly well, but some candidates wrote wrong answers such as eating balanced diet, eating healthy e.t.c.
