Observation

Many candidates did not spell the identified names correctly. Some did not provide the correct rank, while others did not include the ranks at all. For the (b) question, many had one or two ideas right, but failed to provide good explanation. The following points were expected to name and highlighted by candidates to get good marks.

(ii) Loss of lives and property.
(iii) Restriction of freedom of speech.
(iv) Perpetuation of corruption.
(v) The use of coarsen rather than dialogue and persuasion during governance.

(viii) Constant interference in the affairs of the Judiciary.
