Observation

Section (a) which wanted three West African countries that were members of the UN/UNO rather countries outside West Africa were named e.g. Morocco and Tunisia. While in section (b) many candidates could not differentiate between reason for joining the UN and AU/OAU. The candidate’s performance was poor. The under listed points were expected to be outlined by candidates in order to get good marks.

(v) To improve food production with the help of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)
(vi) To promote her economic development through agencies like UNDP, IBRD, etc.
(vii) Promotion of her educational development through UNESCO.
