Most candidates lack initiative and originality. They throw back to the examiner what they read in their text book word for word.

Some of them did not understand the questions very well and so, could not interprete and answer the questions well.

Teachers should drum into the ears of their students how to answer questions using their own words. They should also be taught how to interprete questions correctly.
