Observation

Question 5 was attempted by majority of the candidates. 5a on basic items used for formal table setting was mistaken for kitchen equipment. They failed to be specific e.g. soup spoon instead of spoon, dinner plate instead of plate, etc. In 5b few of the candidates were unable to differentiate between strict and lacto vegetarians. They performed very well in 5c which was on factors to consider when preparing meal for an invalid.
