This questions required the candidates to state the principles of consumer education and explain the following terms (i) market (ii) market survey (iii) cost analysis. Majority of the candidates were unable to answer the  questions .They substituted rights of a consumer for principles e.g comparing valves, buy in bulk and reading labels etc.and explain market as where people buy and sell instead of adding any arrangement even through the internet, market survey as for comparing goods alone instead of adding to located goods etc.
