The candidates are expected to:
- give explanation of texture and colour in relation to interior decoration. Majority of the candidates responded correctly but few wrote on types of colours like red, blue, yellow or primary colour instead of:
i. Texture, surface appearance or feeling of items such as curtain draping.
ii. Colour it makes room cheerful and welcome and change the mood of a room.
- state principle of flower arrangement. Point to bear in mind when arranging flower. The candidates performed very well.
- list types of flower arrangement. Majority of them answered correctly but few wrongly mentioned round, rectangular shapes which they lose marks.
Therefore candidates performed very well and it was one of their strengths.
