Observation
This  question posed some difficulties as majority of the candidates could not define  menu, state guidelines for writing a menu card and draw a sample of a card for  lunch. Therefore, the candidates performed woefully. The excepted answers are:
(a)        DEFINITION OF MENU  CARD
Menu card: - is a card or sheet of paper that shows the meals or courses  for breakfast, lunch and supper.
(b).   GUIDELINES FOR WRITING A  MENU CARD
- It should be attractive
 - It should contain all the courses and dishes that will be served at a meal
 - It should not be over-crowded
 - The course should be arranged in order in which they are to be served
