Weakness/Remedies
The candidates’ major weakness was their inability to
- Draw and label the stage of family life cycle in ascending order;
 - Explain three stages of the pyramid drawn in 6 (a);
 - Differentiate between foster and adoptive families;
 - Define a menu card;
 - State guidelines for writing a menu card;
 - Draw a sample of a menu card for lunch
 - Poor expression of ideas;
 - They seemed to have little or no knowledge of the fundamental terms in the subject;
 - Myriad of spelling mistakes.
 
To  overcome the above weakness:
      Teachers  should   - Teach every topic and  sub-topic in the syllabus deeply with the use 
      ofexamples.
      -   Revise 3 years scheme of work,
Students  should    - Study hard, prepare for  examination,
      -  Work on their command of English Language,
      - Strive to  have in-depth knowledge of the subject.
      Parent should        -   Invest in textbook.
