Candidates' Weakness and Suggested Remedies

 

These include:
(1) inability to adhere to the rubrics;
(2) ignorance of the set textbooks;;
(3) poor handwriting;

SUGGESTED REMEDIES

1. Authors should provide teachers’ guide to enable both teachers and students to understand their texts.
2. Efforts should be made to circulate the list of recommended textbooks by the WAEC offices.
3. Candidates should endeavour to procure and study the recommended textbooks/ set books.
4. Candidates should strive to understand the demands of the questions before answering them.
