Most of the candidates attempted part (a) and (b) of this question very well.  They did not do well in part (c) of the question.  The expected responses to
part (c) of the question are as follows:

(i)       Flow of work;
(ii)       Flexibility for expansion;
(iii)       Security of nature of work, etc.
