Observation

 

This question is on business letters and functions of the departments in an organization, This is very important because office activities are divided into units and departments and each unit/ department performs different functions from the other, all geared towards achievement of the same goals. Most of these office activities are carried out through correspondences and candidates are expected to know the format for writing such correspondences. A business correspondence (letter) has many parts which serve different purposes.

It is the functions of these departments /units and the meaning of different parts of a business letter that they are expected to provide in this question. Although, some of them got the answers right but most of them did not.
