Observation
This was to test the candidates’ knowledge of unit s in an organization and how they were related to each other. This was easily seen through the organizational chart. The candidates were expected to know the line officers, chief executives and other subordinates and positions on the organogram chart. Majority of the candidates answered the question correctly.
