Observation

The question bothers on the causes of the crises which occurred in a certain business organization due to poor management. What is required here is to point out those lapses that led to the crisis and the departments that should be responsible for different activities in the organization. The candidates were also required to point out who should cover the proceedings of a meeting and duties of such officer.

Majority of the candidates were able to answer the case study correctly.
On the marks allocation, It is humbly suggested that the case study should be allocated more marks than the other questions since it is a compulsory question. This will also stimulate candidates to pay more attention to it.
