Observation

The questions here are self explanatory. Question 6(a) requires that candidates explain the meanings of adjournment and postponement. They are meeting terminologies which candidates are expected to know. But majority of them could not explain and differentiate both which cost them to lose 4 marks. Some answer one and left the other unanswered which is not the correct way of answering a question like that both would be answered in order to earn the full marks. Questions 6 (i, ii & iii) are on office layout and location. The candidates are expected to explain office layout and its advantages. They were also expected to state factors which would be considered before locating an office. They answered these correctly
