General Comments

The standard of the paper (Office Practice) is within the scope of students and the candidates’ performance was above average. The questions were within the recommended syllabus and well structured. There was no case of any ambiguity in the questions.  It is suggested that Office Practice should be made compulsory in the secondary schools as majority of the candidates will find themselves in one office or the other whether private or public.  
 The marking scheme for this paper was very elaborate. The rubrics on the paper were explicit and simple to understand.
